Hot runner plastic mould

We are manufacturer for the hot runner mould in China.

We develop the mould by ourself. We can make the 2nd injection moulding. The first product is plastic. The second product is

injecting the SEBS.

Hot runner injection mould feature :

Mould center has done development work for electroonics,car apparatus,low voltage products.The mould has the ability for high quality,stability and long working life.At normal times,the production cycle can be over 1,000,000 times. We can confirm the first 300,000 times with no fault.

JANDA use the mould base bought from LUNGKEE,FUTABA and other famous brands. Standard parts use Japan MISUMI,PUNCH.The typical material is bought from Sweden ASSAB,Japan DAIDO. The tolerance could be controlled to 0.005 mm.

We can make double injection moulding,hot runner moulding, thick plastic parts can use GAIM technology.
